In 2014, a flash flood disrupted our operations and challenged us to think differently about how we managed technology. Restoring our clients’ networks came first, but the event sparked a major shift in our approach: we moved our infrastructure entirely to the cloud. This decision became the foundation of our “Cloud First, Cloud Only” strategy, ensuring that we — and our clients — would never be disrupted the same way again.
